The courier does not allow delivery to post office boxes and Fermo Posta.

To send a request:
a.Send an email to customercare@liguorigioielli.it

For the request to be successful:
a. It is possible to return any product purchased on our store within 14 days from the delivery date;
b. Make sure that the jewels are in the same conditions in which they were received, placed in their packaging and complete with all the attached materials;
c. Apply the pre-printed label that the Liguori Customer Service will have sent you by e-mail and deliver the package to the courier. The return will be insured in case of theft or loss during transport.

At the moment it is not possible to offer product replacements.

The return will be accepted only if the above procedure is respected.
If the return does not meet the conditions listed, a refund will not be possible and the package will be sent back.

Returns can only be made from the original shipping address.

Return status
When the return is accepted, a confirmation email will be sent within 3 working days of receiving the item at our offices.

Reimbursement
The refund will include the value of the returned products excluding the cost of ordinary shipping costs (9 € Italy, 30 € Europe)
In the case of collection / return on site, the return will be free of charge.
For purchase by credit card or debit card, the time required to display the refund depends on the institution that issued the card.
